Hypnotherapy is one of the most effective if not the most effective method to cease  this detrimental habit of smoking.  

Just one session could liberate you from tobacco, which will improve your health and general quality of your life.

 

What does a session involve?

The session is relatively long, therefore allow yourself up to 2.5 hours. First of all we will fill out a questionnaire and discuss your relationship with tobacco. Then, if you are happy to carry on, we will continue talking. I will give you some information and some statistics, which you may find interesting. The second half of the session will involve hypnotherapy.

A session structured to increase your motivation and to highlight the advantages of becoming a non –smoker.

An average smoker spends approximately £ 100 per month on cigarettes. I charge £ 140 per session, therefore in  about six weeks after our session you will be able to save money! This is one of the best investments in your wellbeing I can think of.

After a session

After our session Depending on your choice, I can give you a CD with a hypnotic session for an additional support ( should you need one), or email you MP3 files with the same content. If you have any questions after our session, do not hesitate to contact me.

On a very rare occasion, some clients need a follow up session. I will be happy to provide the second session free of charge!
